Business Manager

The business manager is a supervisor who controls and directs the personnel and activities of MedInfo, Inc. and its affiliates. This supervisory role is key to adopting operational plans, carrying out performance evaluations, and monitoring all daily activities. Job responsibilities for this role include, striving to keep the business productive, efficient, growing, and organized at all times. The Business Manager invests time in finding new ways that could aid MedInfo's expansion and competitiveness in the market, and they also set goals and targets to get there.
They collaborate closely with staff members every day to monitor all the projects they perform and identify any potential areas for improvement. The majority of their duties they carry out involve running the day-to-day operations for the entire company. They also hold frequent one-on-one meetings with staff members to provide advice and guidance on how to improve in their roles and make sure team members have the tools they need to do their jobs well.

Must Have

College Degree 

Manager experience

Knowledge of correct English spelling and grammar

Job Details

  • Starting pay 40-50K/yr depending on qualifications
  • Evaluation and pay increases at 30 and 90 days
  • PTO, vacation, sick time on day one
  • Health stipend at 50% of cost
