CNC and Press Brake Operator

Join a talented team of individuals as an operator on our CNC and Press Brake. MedInfo is a medical publisher that focuses on providing healthcare professionals tools to improve their patient care responsibilities. We are currently looking for 1-2 new candidates to help produce our line of products. Job responsibilities would include ordering raw materials and operating both our Shop Sabre (ShopSabre IS510 Industrial Router System (65" x 125" Cut Area)) and our newly purchased Bystronic Xpert 40. Prior experience is not required, but recommended to have some experience for applicants. 

Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience with CNC routers (not required, but helpful)
Experience with press brakes (not required, but helpful)
Prior experience in product modeling, 3D, CAD (not required, but helpful)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Working with sales and orders teams to get production done
Ordering raw materials and monitoring inventory
Collaborating with multiple departments to achieve production goals
Managing product inventories
Monitoring equipment maintenance schedules
Scheduling and conducting maintenance
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of correct English spelling and grammar
Mastery of basic math concepts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Drive
Effective written/verbal communication and listening skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to exercise good judgment and sound decision-making skills and maintain confidentiality
Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills, as well the ability to define and effectively solve and deal with a variety of changing situations
Must be able to work independently, at a fast pace, follow and give directions and make decisions
Deadline-oriented
Proficiency with computers/printers/other equipment as required
Ability to follow, interpret, and explain instructions and/or guidelines

Compensation:
Full Time $20/hour, merit increases at 30 days and 90 days
