Product Manager

The Product Manager is an integral part of how MedInfo operates, launches products, and uses data for continued growth customer retention and acquisition. This role is responsible for product development, listings, feeds, product cycling and monitoring trends in sales to assist in future planning. The product specialist works closely with our Sales Department to list, monitor and follow all product information.

Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Some college preferred
Product management (not required)
Supervisory experience in customer service

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintaining products online
Managing feeds and post to online websites
Collaborating with multiple departments to achieve product related goals
Managing product inventories
Managing product cost
Data collection and interpretation of sales, customers, and products
Monitoring trends from social media, text messaging, diagnostic points related to sales trends
Scheduling and conducting weekly team meetings
Planning, organizing, and directing staff members to meet objectives and goals
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of correct English spelling and grammar
Mastery of basic math concepts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Drive
Effective written/verbal communication and listening skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to exercise good judgment and sound decision-making skills and maintain confidentiality
Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills, as well the ability to define and effectively solve and deal with a variety of changing situations
Must be able to work independently, at a fast pace, follow and give directions and make decisions
Deadline-oriented
Proficiency with computers/printers/other equipment as required
Ability to follow, interpret, and explain instructions and/or guidelines

Compensation:
Full Time $19-22/hour, merit increases at 30 days and 90 days
